All orders you may place with Quartier-deLuxe.com, as well as the supply of goods and services, are governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time the order is placed. We shall not accept any differing terms or conditions put forward by the purchaser unless we have given our prior express agreement.
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION 2.1. The internet shop Quartier-deLuxe.com sells only luxury and top-quality brand products purchased directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and distributors that have been selected on the basis of their strict quality controls. Quartier-deLuxe.com does not sell any second-hand or counterfeit goods or articles of a quality inferior to that of corresponding standard articles available on the market. Goods offered for sale on www.Quartier-deLuxe.com are depicted clearly and realistically on the internet site. However, Quartier-deLuxe.com is not able to guarantee that the illustrations and colours as displayed on the customer's monitor conform exactly to reality. Slight variations between online presentation and reality do not constitute any deficiency in the ordered goods. 2.2 We must point out that at the time the customer visits www.Quartier-deLuxe.com the articles presented on the site may no longer be available and that the prices may have changed. All prices quoted are in Euros, inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs (with the exception of Switzerland – please refer to section 9 below). 2.3 All goods ordered are shipped with refund tags that are fastened with a use-once seal. When trying on ordered goods, please make absolutely sure not to remove or to damage the refund tag. We must point out that, while we are legally obliged to accept returned goods where the refund tag has been removed or damaged, the customer may be obliged to pay compensation of up to 100% of the purchase price.
3. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT 3.1 The contract between you and QL for the selected articles that have been placed in the shopping cart is concluded after you have you completed the order form on the web site and clicked the “Order“ button or pressed the “Enter“ key to initiate the transaction and after we have accepted your offer. Acceptance of your offer by QL is effected by delivery of the ordered goods. The email that QL sends to the email address specified by you represents only the confirmation of receipt of your order (order response). By submitting your offer, you commit yourself to accepting these General Terms and Conditions as an integral part of the contract. Should you wish to effect payment in advance, the contract shall be deemed to be concluded only when QL's bank account has been credited with the payment amount and QL has delivered the goods to the customer.
3.2 We must point out that QL may at any time refrain from accepting a contract should our supplier not provide us with the goods you have ordered. In such cases we shall inform you immediately that the ordered product is not available. The purchaser's statutory rights remain unaffected. The purchase price will be refunded immediately should this have already been paid. 3.3 We must point out that minors are not entitled to purchase from QL. 4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS 4.1 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is effected ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. The delivery period is generally between 1 and 3 days within Germany and between 3 and 10 days outside Germany. 4.2 We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom. 4.3 All deliveries will be effected by our logistics provider DHL Express Vertriebs GmbH & Co. OHG or by United Parcel Service Deutschland Inc. & Co. OHG. The General Terms and Conditions of the respective logistics provider form an integral part of this contract and are available under www.dhl.de or www.ups.de. 4.4 Shipping Costs Shipping costs are listed in the following table:

Delivery period within Germany is generally between 1 and 2 working days and to all other countries between 2 and 4 working days. Shipping costs within Germany amount to 0,00€. Payment The purchase price and shipping costs for the ordered articles can be paid by credit card, cash on delivery or by pre-payment only. Your credit card will of course not be debited if the ordered goods are not available. 5.1 Credit Cards Financial details of credit card transactions (card number, expiry date etc.) are automatically relayed in encrypted form without QL or any third party having access. This information will not be used again except in the case of a possible refund for returned goods. QuartierdeLuxe.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security software. This is an asymmetric encryption method used on the internet to protect credit card information from interception and manipulation during transfer. It is therefore not possible for unauthorised persons to read this information as it is being transferred on the internet. Your credit card is not usually debited until 7 days after your order. 5.2 Cash on Delivery The purchase price plus shipping costs are to be paid in cash to the logistics personnel on delivery. In the case of returned goods, the amount paid, less shipping costs, will be credited to an account specified by you. 5.3 Pre-payment The purchase price plus shipping costs are to be paid into the account of Quartier de Luxe GmbH & Co. KG. Please refer to the Imprint page or to your invoice for account details. 6. RETENTION OF TITLE The goods supplied remain the property of Quartier de Luxe GmbH & Co. KG until full payment has been effected. 7. UNSATISFACTORY DELIVERY/LIABILITY Statutory regulations governing warranty rights apply. To the extent that the liability of Quartier-deLuxe.com is excluded or limited, the personal liability of employees, representatives and agents of Quartier-deLuxe.com shall be excluded or limited. The aforementioned limitation of liability shall not apply to the extent that the cause of damage can be attributed to intent or to gross negligence or that personal injury has occurred. Furthermore, it shall not apply when the purchaser pursues claims under §§ 1, 4 of the Product Liability Law (Produkthaftungsgesetz). Should Quartier-deLuxe.com negligently breach a fundamental contractual obligation, the liability to indemnify material damage shall be limited to the loss or damage that might typically result.
8. INFORMATION ON RIGHT OF CANCELLATION Cancellation: You may cancel your contractual commitment within a period of two weeks without explanation, either in written form (Email) or by returning the goods. The period begins with the receipt of this information. To observe the deadline, it is sufficient to send the written cancellation or to return the item in good time. KG/ Rücksendung Schoenhauser Allee 6/7 10119 Berlin Consequences of Cancellation: In the event of effective cancellation any goods or services received by either party shall be returned (and any benefits gained such as interest) released. If you can return the goods received only partially or in an impaired condition, you may be required to pay compensation for the loss in value. (This does not apply if goods are being surrendered and the impairment can be wholly attributed to the inspection of such goods – as would normally be possible in a retail outlet.) Furthermore, the requirement to pay compensation can be avoided by not making use of the item as personal property and refraining from anything that might cause a reduction in the value. Items that can be sent as parcels should be returned (at our expense and risk). Items that cannot be sent as parcels will be collected. SHIPMENT TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU: For organisational reasons, shipments to countries outside the EU are subject to a minimum order value of EUR 200.00. The delivery period is generally between 2 and 4 working days. Please note that we bear the costs of delivery to your door as well as of insurance for the articles and any costs for accompanying documents and customs clearance. Any import sales taxes or customs duties will be separately invoiced to the consignee by DHL or UPS. Please also note that you must bear any foreign bank charges. Prices calculated for delivery to non-EU countries are net prices (published prices less statutory VAT). 10. APPLICABLE LAW German law applies exclusively; standard international sales law is excluded. You will receive an email from us containing the RETURN NUMBER (RETOURENNUMMER), which we would ask you to enter on the RETURNS FORM. Place the goods in the original wrapping for possible re-use. We hope that you will appreciate that when you return several orders at once we can only refund the costs for one return consignment. Please return goods in the original packing by UPS, our cooperation partner. You can find the UPS telephone number in the enclosed conditions for return shipments. You will also find a UPS return consignment note guaranteeing that QL will assume the costs of the return shipment.
